Description of Packages and everything you need to know:


Package #1- A set of 3 individuals, 1 is a headshot unless told otherwise, Your teams main group photo ( in 1 costume only)


Package # 2 sets of individuals ( 2 costumes- 3 poses in each one for a total of 6 shots, 1 is a headshot. 2 different team pictures- 1 is your main team the other can be what you would like ex. HipHop or excel.


Package #3-3 sets of individuals ( 3 costumes- 3 poses in each one for a total of 9 shots, 1 is a headshot. 3 different team pictures- 1 is your main team the other 2 can be what you would like ex. HipHop and excel.


Package #4- Ultimate package- comes with up to 6 costumes a total of 18 individual pictures. 3 poses for each costume. 1 shot will be a headshot.


add on 1 set of individuals is if you just need to add an additional costume to any of your packages. You must order a main package to order this it cannot be ordered on its own.- $7


add on 1 extra team-add on 1 set of team photos is if you just need to add an additional team costume and do not need any extra individuals to any of your packages. You must order a main package to order this it cannot be ordered on its own. example: add on Jr. Excel


Memory mate is an 8x10 photo that is designed according to your childs costume and has 1 individual shot of your child and the best team picture on it (These shots chosen by the photographer)


Note: All teams will take group pictures in only one of their team costumes.

The exception is Hip Hop and excel will take group pictures as well. Unsure of Ballet you may need to ask the owner


Packages may be split among siblings. Excluding package 1. Each set of 3 individuals must be used by the same person in the same costume. you can not split up costumes for each set.

ex. Package 2 can be used for 2 kids, each getting individuals in 1 costume and each getting their main teams group photo.


If you have a recreational dancer that only has 1 costume, you will either order a memory mate or package #1. Package 1 gets you more for your money.


Orders cannot be accepted after the deadline. All orders must be submitted and paid in full by Sunday, March 1st. For credit card orders, please be sure to calculate your total and enter the full amount at the time of payment.

Disclaimer: because of the digital nature of the products and time spent taking and preparing photographs, Refunds will not be given. However if there is a problem that can be fixed in editing I am nore than happy to try and fix the issue for you. I do not have control over how someone smiles or their skill level, for this reason I suggest you practice your individual poses you want at home so you can see how they will look. I will also suggest we do something different if I feel we cannot get a good shot but ultimatly it is up to the dancer. orders are usually delivered within a week or two to the email you provided when signing up. memory mates will be delivered to the studio usually within 2 weeks.
